Your Right of Cancellation

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason whatsoever.

The withdrawal period commences on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, and expires fourteen days thereafter.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear, unambiguous statement — sent by post or electronic message — addressed to:

You may optionally use the model cancellation form provided further below; there is no obligation to do so.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to despatch your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day period has elapsed.

Consequences of Cancellation

Upon valid cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you — including standard delivery charges (with the exception of any supplementary costs arising from your selection of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer) — promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will ordinarily be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund itself.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of return — whichever is the earlier.

You must return the merchandise without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you despatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only bear liability for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not extend to the following types of contract:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to personal requirements;
  • Contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be passed quickly;
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on grounds of health protection or hygiene, where their seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have by their very nature become inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed computer software, whose seal has been opened after delivery.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Send an email to contact@noryx.com stating your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will acknowledge your request and provide you with the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely — ideally in its original packaging.
  4. Despatch the parcel within fourteen days of your cancellation notification.
  5. Once we have received and examined the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price within fourteen days.

Refunds

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Please be aware that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If any item you receive arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt at contact@noryx.com, enclosing clear photographs of the damage and your order number. In such circumstances we will naturally cover the cost of return shipping and offer you, at your discretion, either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
