Here you will find all essential details regarding shipping charges, delivery timescales and the payment methods accepted by NORYX for our home and garden range. The terms set out on this page form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Shipping charges are shown separately during checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: For shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. These are not levied by NORYX but collected directly by the customs authorities or shipping provider in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery timescales run from the day of order confirmation and receipt of payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch on the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Where an item is not immediately available, this will be indicated on the relevant product page. In exceptional cases — such as force majeure, industrial action or other unforeseen events — delivery timescales may be extended. We will notify you promptly should this arise.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with established logistics providers to ship your order, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will automatically send you an email with the relevant tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details. Once an order has been despatched, amendments to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

On occasion it may be necessary to split an order into more than one shipment — for instance, where individual items become available at different times. No additional shipping charges will apply to you in such cases.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment options are available:

  • Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on, for example, the order value, destination country or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted, appropriately secured connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details submitted by shoppers are transmitted directly to the respective provider — full card details are never stored by NORYX.

8. Invoicing

An invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to you by email. It includes all legally required particulars, with the VAT amount shown separately.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery period, or if the parcel shows visible signs of damage on arrival, please contact us promptly at contact@noryx.com, quoting your order number. We will arrange a suitable resolution without delay.
