Important information

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.
  • It is sufficient to despatch your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired in order to meet the deadline.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
  • You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
